I entered my PIN incorrectly three times and my phone is blocked, what now?

This happens when the wrong PIN is entered three times. It's not the end of your cellphone though. Just use the PUK number on your Starter Pack  to unlock the SIM card and set a new PIN. If your Starter Pack is not within reach, you can also access your PUK number via the website or mobile site.
