PUK stands for PIN Unblocking Key and it's used to unblock your SIM card if you enter the wrong PIN three times.You can find this code on your Starter Pack

My SIM is locked, what do I do?
This means that your PUK code was entered incorrectly 10 times. You will still be able to use your cellphone but you must first visit a shop to do a SIM swap or speak to one of the support team.
